Terms of Service
These terms cover the Paneherd editor extension and Paneherd Pro license keys. Paneherd is provided by Eren Çolak (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].
1. Buying Pro
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
Pro is a one-time purchase. After payment you receive a license key on our website. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
2. Your license
- You may install and use Paneherd on computers you control. The free plan may be used at no charge.
- A Pro key unlocks Pro features for the person named in it, on any computer that person uses. It does not expire.
- You may not redistribute, sublicense, share or resell Paneherd or its keys, or circumvent the license check. You may not reverse engineer the product except as applicable law expressly permits.
- We may update Paneherd and change its features over time. A purchase does not oblige us to provide any particular future feature.
3. Claude Code and other software
Paneherd starts the Claude Code CLI, which you obtain and use under Anthropic’s terms. Paneherd does not provide access to Claude or any Anthropic service, and it is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. You are responsible for what the agents you run do in your projects, including the permissions you grant them.
4. Refunds
See our refund policy. If we refund your purchase, your Pro license ends and you must stop using the key.
5. No warranty
Paneherd is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Features such as the conflict guard and alarms help you notice problems; they do not guarantee that agents will not change, overwrite or delete files.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
7. Ending
Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may stop using Paneherd at any time.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not take away a license you already bought. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
