Refund Policy
If Paneherd Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you will get the full amount back. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Our reseller Paddle.com processes all payments and refunds. You can:
- use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or look up your order at paddle.net; or
- write to [email protected] from the address you paid with, and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
After a refund
Your Pro license ends and you must stop using the key. The free plan stays available to you.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something went wrong, for example a duplicate purchase or a payment you did not make. These requests are handled case by case, and this does not affect any rights you have under the law.
